Silver Needle White tea is a tea with large thick buds with sharp tips. When brewing these leaves they release a fresh subtle scent. The taste is very smooth and sweet.  White teas have the least amount of processing, creating a light taste with rich anti-oxidants.

• Water Temperature: 85-90°C
• Time of Steeping: 2-5 mintues. The tea can be used in a tea pot, due to large leaf size.
• Amount of Tea Leaves per Cup: 3-4 grams or 2-3 teaspoons.
• Taste: Tastes sweet and smooth, bit milky smooth.
• Foods best suited to: Cakes and fresh fruit
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal pack after opening.
