This is a unique type of white tea. The leaves are fresh foliage covered with small ‘hairs’ these are new growth. The taste is fresh and sweet.

·         Amount of Tea Leaves per Cup: 2-4 grams or 3 teaspoons

·         Taste: Tastes mild, with light hints of flowers a very light taste. 

·         Foods best suited to:  cakes, and fresh fruit.
