Currency: All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%
Invoicing: A fully itemized invoice is attached to your order confirmation email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please check your junk/spam box. In your order a packaging slip is enclosed in your order packaging for you to verify your order.
Retailing: Please contact us to discuss retailing options for your store or hospitality business.
Hospitality/Restaurants: Please contact us to discuss your needs for your business.
Refusal: Tea Hut Ltd, reserves the right to refuse orders.
Quantity: Tea Hut Ltd, reserves the right to limit quantities. Please note: due to high demand on occasions quantities may be limited on our stand at markets, fairs and expos.

To Order: Click on the order buttons that appear with items. When you click on the items they will be added to your shopping cart. To continue shopping click on the link under the continue shopping heading.

To order more of particular item just change the quantity and click 'update quantities'.

Once completed shopping click on the 'go to check out' button you will be taken to the shipping menu.
On the shipping menu choose your shipping rate and click confirm.
Once happy with your order and shipping click on continue.
You are taken to the billing and delivery details, just fill in your details and select the payment method.

Credit Cards: We accept Master Cards, Visa. All cards are processed using Eway with Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). Credit Card is processed directly; we do not see your details. Your order is then sent out immediately pending verification (stock availability). If we can not fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately and refund your credit card.
Bank Deposit: Use your order number as reference. As soon as your deposit arrives your order is sent out to you.

Delivery: After receiving your order and payment your products are sent out. We use New Zealand Post. We can deliver to Rural Delivery addresses and Post Office Boxes. Your order should arrive within 3-7 days. If it does not please contact us, we will investigate. Please note: We can not be held responsible for stolen items, if you have concerns for your item please use a work address for delivery, or advise a safe location for the parcel to be left.
Freight Charges: For nationwide delivery there is a flat rate of $3.00

o International Orders: We currently offer international shipping to Australia, using AirMail. The delivery target for this is 3-10 working days, using New Zealand Post network. These options will show up in the shipping costs when you select Australia for your delivery address. The rate is $10.00

Other International Regions: For other countries please inquire, as different rates will apply.
Please choose carefully: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not exchange products in change of mind cases.
Refunds/Guarantee: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange products. However, if the products become faulty or damaged in the post we replace or refund. Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days to arrange return of the goods. Please note: The broken/damaged goods need to be returned, to consider a refund/replacement.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled or amended before shipping. Once the order has been shipped these can not be cancelled.
Product Changes: Tea Hut, reserves the right to change the product line, due to availability changes.
