Silver Needle White tea is a tea with large thick buds with sharp tips. When brewing this tea gives a fresh scent. Blended together with rose buds and calendula petals to give a floral taste.
- Ingredients: Silver needle white tea Leaves, rose buds, calendula petals
Origin: Hand blended in New Zealand from local and imported ingrdients
Time of Harvest: Spring
Water Temperature: 90°C
Time of Steeping: 2-5 minutes. The tea can be used in a tea pot with basket or in a cup using a tea ball. This tea can be re-steeped.
Amount of Tea Leaves per Cup: 3-4 grams or 2-3 teaspoons
Taste: Tastes sweet and smooth, bit milky smooth.
Foods best suited to: cakes, and fresh fruit.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal pack after opening.
