Origin: Hand blended in New Zealand from Imported ingredients
Time of Harvest: Spring
Water Temperature: 100°C
Time of steeping: 2minutes depending on taste, extending steeping time may increase the bitterness of the tea. The tea can be used in a tea pot with basket or in a cup using a tea ball.
Amount of Tea Leaves per Cup: 3-4 grams or 1-2 teaspoons
Taste: Full, Rich, sweet, and Smokey
Foods best suited to: Pork, Red meats, spicy foods. Or alone for a uplifting warming cup of tea.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal pack after opening.
