Darjeeling tea is lighter and more delicate than Assam tea. Slightly less oxised than most black teas, approximately 90%.

• Water Temperature: 90-95°C
• Time of Steeping: 2-5 minutes depening on taste. Extending the steeping time may increase the bitterness of the tea. The tea can be used in a teapot with a basket or in a cup using a tea ball. This tea can be re-steeped.
• Amount of Tea Leaves per Cup: 2-4 grams or 1-2 teaspoons
• Taste: Mild black tea, with lively flavour and slight floral undertones
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal pack after opening.
